To use, select the right sized lid for your container and press the space age seal down towards the base of the container. Goods have now been sealed air tight for weeks. Just pop one on left overs and put them in the fridge or freezer. Pull the dish out when you're ready and pop it directly into the microwave to reheat. To release the seal, press upwards from the bottom edge. Wash gently and reuse. It's that easy
